Common enquiries

For matters not addressed here, a note will reach us directly.

How does one begin?

A short note of introduction. We respond to every enquiry personally, within the week.

What are the terms?

Each commission is quoted individually, in writing, before any work begins.

How long does a commission take?

As long as excellence requires, typically some weeks. A schedule is agreed in advance.

Do you travel?

For the right commission, yes. Arrangements are made case by case.

Is discretion assured?

Entirely. No client is named without express permission.

but by how little needs to be said.”
