Comparison

17 blogging platforms compared

What each platform’s own pages say about blogging, what it costs to start, and what you get without paying. No scores and no ranking: the same facts, side by side, each with the page it was read on and the day it was read.

Cliux is one of them and it is ours, which is the one thing you should weigh when you read our row. Everything else on this page is somebody else’s words.

The table

The blog each one includes, and what it costs to start

Where each line came from

Every platform, and the page its blog line was read on

One entry per row of the table above, so a figure can be checked rather than believed.

10 builders in the same set that do not blog

They are here because leaving them out silently would be the easiest way to make the table above look longer than it is.

Questions

What this page does and does not tell you

This page does not answer that, and a page that did would be guessing on your behalf. What it gives you is the same four facts for every platform, taken from their own pages and dated, so the comparison is between the products rather than between the reviews.

Because they do not blog. Ten of the builders in the set have no blog engine on their own pages, and they are listed underneath with what each one says instead, rather than padded into a comparison they do not belong in.

Each row carries the day it was read, and the newest reading on this page is 2026-09-18. Prices and plan limits move; the date is there so you can tell how much weight to give a number rather than trusting it because it is printed.

From the code, not from a marketing page. The blog line is what the blog app in this product actually does, and the comparison pages behind this one carry the file each claim is derived from.

Editor’s note: the figures on this page were read from each platform’s own pages, most recently on 2026-09-18. If one of them is out of date, or you think a line misreads what your pages say, write to us and it will be corrected.
