Per site, per year. Building and previewing cost nothing. Publishing a site is the Website plan, $192 a year; taking payments, bookings and RSVPs needs Business at $348, and recurring payments Business Plus at $588. Each published site has its own plan.

Everything the editor does: the canvas, the derived phone layout, every app and a preview link you can share. What it does not do is publish; publishing starts at $192 a year.

A workspace plan covers your agency's team and tools, not its sites. Starter is free with 2 team seats. Pro is $588 a year for 10 team seats, your own branding and 20% off every site plan. Scale is $1,788 a year for Unlimited team seats, your own branding and 30% off every site plan. Each client site you publish has its own site plan, bought at that discount.

Upgrade from Billing at any time: the difference for the rest of the year is charged at once. A switch to a cheaper plan starts when the current year ends. To stop a plan, press Stop renewal on its Billing page (or write to [email protected]): it does not renew, and keeps working until the end of the year it paid for. Within fourteen days of a payment, ask and it is refunded in full; after that a payment is not refunded. A site goes to the trash once its plan has stopped renewing, and the plan runs to the end of the year paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch Cliux; we keep the plan and its payment status, not the card.

No. Every plan is billed yearly, in advance: Website is $192 a year for a site, which works out at $16 a month. The monthly prices on this page show what each year works out to; there is no monthly plan to choose.

An agency's owner and admins, each in the agency where they hold that role, and an invitation to be an admin while it waits. Someone who is an admin of two agencies takes one seat in each. A site user or site guest takes no team seat: they count as collaborators on each site they can open, under that site's plan.

Recurring payments (memberships, monthly gifts, booking series) need Business Plus. On a plan without them, they stop renewing on the day the cheaper plan starts, and each customer keeps what they paid for until its period ends and is told by email. You are shown how many before you confirm the switch, reminded a week before, and keeping the plan before that day keeps them all. A subscription that stopped is not restarted later; customers sign up again.
