Right of Withdrawal
How a consumer withdraws from a Cliux plan within fourteen days, what is refunded, and a form you may use.

Who has this right
If you buy a plan as a consumer, for yourself and not for a trade, business or profession, the law where you live may give you the right to withdraw from that contract within fourteen days without giving a reason; consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Turkey have it. A business does not have this right by law, but the fourteen-day refund in the Terms of Service applies to everybody.
The fourteen days
The period ends fourteen days after the day you buy the plan. Telling us before it ends is enough, even if our answer comes later. We also refund in full within fourteen days of each yearly renewal, which the law does not ask of us.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you withdraw: write to [email protected], use the contact form, or send the model form below. Name the site or the account email the plan belongs to, so we can find it. We confirm that we have received it.
What we refund
We refund everything you paid for the plan within fourteen days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used, without any fee. The one exception is a domain registered with the plan's free year: the registration was carried out for you at once and cannot be returned to the registry, so its registration price is kept, and the domain stays registered in your name until it expires. When we make the refund we end the plan. If it was a site plan, the site is paused as any site is when its plan ends: it stays online for 7 more days, then its visitors see a paused page. Nothing in it is deleted.
A plan that starts at once
A plan starts working the moment it is paid, because you ask for that when you buy it. The law would let us charge for the days you used before withdrawing, or in some countries remove the right altogether once the service has begun; we do neither, and a withdrawal within the fourteen days is refunded in full, apart from a domain as above.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. An email that says the same is enough.
